This course is designed for teachers, trainers, and staff in educational institutions who want to create inclusive learning environments in classrooms and across their organisations. The diversity of learners is a daily reality in adult education. Yet many professionals feel uncertain about how to address different cultural backgrounds and other forms of diversity in a sensitive and constructive way. This training provides a solid foundation and practical strategies for implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion effectively in adult education.
This course offers teachers, trainers, and administrative staff a comprehensive introduction to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the context of adult education. It was specifically designed to meet the criteria of the Erasmus+ program, but participation is open to anyone interested, regardless of funding.
