Turn good intentions into action—in our intensive workshop for DEI multipliers. Participants gain not only a solid understanding of the key concepts behind Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, but also learn how to translate these principles into concrete, positive change within their organisations. Through a practical mix of short inputs, facilitated discussions and the development of participants’ own project ideas, the course equips participants with the tools they need to promote diversity sustainably and actively contribute to an inclusive workplace culture.

The workshop is designed for individuals who do not merely support diversity, but actively want to shape it. It offers a structured entry point into practical DEI work—from building a solid understanding of core DEI principles to developing strategic measures that recognise and leverage the uniqueness of all employees. The course is particularly suitable for those who already hold, or aim to take on, a key role in diversity-related work within their organisation.

Delivered as an interactive in-person workshop and facilitated by experienced DEI specialists, participants engage deeply with the planning and implementation of diversity-focused initiatives. A strong emphasis is placed on practical application: participants bring in their own project ideas, work on real-life case studies, and reflect on them collaboratively. This approach not only builds knowledge, but also strengthens participants’ confidence to apply what they have learned within their organisation and initiate meaningful, sustainable change.
